
bizTv will provide support for any issue related to its software. bizTv Support provides customers with 24 x 7 web based support and ticketing functions, and next business day Live Text support.
On request, the Support package can be upgraded to reflect particular customer requirements as they emerge or become apparent through direct discussion or experience.
If the problem is related to bizTv sourced hardware, bizTv will work directly with the Manufacturer to resolve any issues within the Warranty provisions agreed to with the Customer. If the problem is with Customer sourced hardware, bizTv will direct the Customer to that vendor to resolve the problem according to their warranty.
bizTv is a hosted service, with customer players communicating across a secure connection on a regular basis with dedicated bizTv servers located at one of its CoLocation facilities.
bizTv monitors the network, to ensure that players are contacting the host servers and getting their regular updates. There are defined levels of service available in terms of monitoring and support. Automated e-mails are generated and sent to customers advising them if their players have been offline for more than an agreed period of time.
bizTv monitoring and support services can be designed to meet requirements specific of any corporate or enterprise customer, and can be integrated with field support and other warranty services.
bizTv provides automatic and regular updating of software for Servers and Players, as long as Support Services Agreements are current.
