The bizTv family of products are designed to be easy-to-learn-to-use. In fact, many contributors of content to the system will actually do so by using other systems that they already use such as SharePoint, and never directly use the bizTv interfaces. However for those who do need to learn about and understand the full potential of the bizTv tools, a wide range of training tools and strategies are available.
For most users of the system, On-Line Training will meet all their needs. These tools are available through the bizTv website, as well as within the product itself. Video tutorials and pdf documentation are designed so that they can easily be used in Tutorial fashion, or on either Most Frequent Tasks or Frequently Asked Questions. On-Line Training will cover all the needs of Express users, and the majority of Pro and Enterprise users.
For Pro and Enterprise users who are responsible for the network at an operational level, and for those who are responsible for system wide content management, more in-depth and hands-on training is provided. The On-Site Training sessions are built around presentation and hands-on exercises tuned to issues and choices which users who are planning and managing the network, or organizing content flow and processes will likely face.
Customized training and support can also be designed to suit the needs of customers that may have specific requirements, or to larger groups of users from organizations who wish simply to follow a direct On-Site or Video Link model for Training as opposed to On-Line methods. Training is viewed as a critical activity, particularly in the early stages of setting up a network, and tends to pay back quickly in terms of both reliability of overall network performance and the quality of network programming.
